Ham Dinners

6-8 lb spiral ham, 2 lbs macaroni and cheese, 2 lbs green beans, 2 lbs yams, 1 dozen dinner rolls, 1 freshly baked apple pie.

Re-heating Instructions

Baked or Fried Turkey: for best results bake in a conventional Oven. Cook thoroughly before eating.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 325°F.
  • Position turkey on flat roasting rack in 2” roasting pan. Place turkey, breast side up.
  • Brush or spray skin lightly with vegetable oil.
  • To prevent overbrowning, loosely cover breast with lightweight foil after 60 to 75 minutes.
  • Heat the turkey for approximately 90 to 135 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F. Check temperature of thigh with a meat thermometer.
  • Slice to desired thickness and serve. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion immediately.
Baked or Fried Turkey (Microwave Oven) Cook thoroughly before eating.
  • Place turkey in a microwave safe tray with the breast side down
  • Microwave on high for 25 minutes (microwave times may vary)
  • Turn the turkey breast side up
  • Continue to microwave on medium (50%) for 40 minutes. Rotate the turkey every ten minutes while microwaving.
  • Internal thigh temperature should be between 130° F and 140° F.
  • Allow the turkey to rest for 10 minutes before carving. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion immediately.
Spiral Ham: for best results bake in a conventional Oven. Cook thoroughly before eating.
  • Preheat oven to 350° F
  • Add ½ cup water to pan, seal ham with aluminum foil, place in oven.
  • Bake for 15 minutes per pound of ham.
  • Remove ham from oven 15 minutes before it finishes baking. Remove the foil.
  • Return ham to the oven and bake for 15 minutes more.
  • Place on platter and serve
  • Refrigerate or discard any unused portion immediately.
Vegetables: for best results bake in a conventional Oven. Cook thoroughly before eating.
  • In a conventional oven: Preheat oven to 325ºF.
  • Place in an oven safe container loosely cover with aluminum foil. Place container on baking sheet.
  • Bake 35 minutes.
  • Carefully remove foil. Bake 25 minutes or until it reaches165ºF internal temperature.
  • Note: Ovens vary; adjust time as needed. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion immediately.
Mac n Cheese, dressing: for best results bake in a conventional Oven. Cook thoroughly before eating.
  • Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • Place desired amount in an oven safe container loosely cover with aluminum foil.
  • Place container on baking sheet.
  • Bake 45 minutes.
  • Carefully remove foil. Bake 15 more minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  • Refrigerate or discard any unused portions.
Gravy: for best results warm up on the stovetop. Cook thoroughly before eating.
  • Empty the contents into a saucepan and simmer until fully heated.
  • Stir the gravy occasionally while heating.
  • Serve hot.
  • Refrigerate unused portions.
  • Note: No matter how you heat the gravy, use caution; the container will be hot!
